You can use it as a tassel tail for giant balloons or decoration on a mantel, as pictured. Or hang it as a highchair banner for a first birthday celebration! There are endless options and this decoration can be used more than once.

Included in each DIY tassel tail/garland kit:
- (20) 13" Long Tassel Tails (4 of each color) in Magenta, White, Light Pink, Coral, and Peach.
- (1) 10-foot line of twine
- (20) Gold twist ties to secure each tassel tail
- Easy to follow instructions on the back of the package
PLEASE NOTE:
- Giant balloon is NOT included, an optional add-on is available.
- Tassels are shipped flat and will take approximately 15-30 minutes to assemble.
